DYNAMICS CRM DEVELOPER

The role is for a Dynamics CRM developer who will work in a team to develop and maintain a Dynamics CRM 4.0 application and .NET based website accessible by citizens. The successful candidate will work closely with customers and business analysts to understand the needs of the end user. They will be part of a team consisting of other developers, system architect, graphic designer, QA and technical writer.

Applicants must be willing to learn new technologies and further their qualifications in the context of their role. The position will be on a Scrum Team and as such the individual will be relied upon as a development resource on the Scrum team.

Skills/Experience required

>  2+ years experience with Dynamics CRM 4.0 customisation and development or equivalent platforms
> 2+ years ASP.Net, JavaScript and C# development experience
> Third level degree
> Experience with agile development methodologies
> Willing to challenge his/her peers
> Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
> Strong team player, excellent interpersonal skills, works well with others
> Experience in a customer facing role is an advantage
> Microsoft certifications are an advantage

AUTOMATED TEST ENGINEER

The role is for an Automation Test Engineer who will develop and maintain software to automate testing of a Dynamics CRM 4.0 line of business application and .NET based website accessible by citizens.

Responsibility for developing test automation strategy, scripting, test scheduling and execution, for all types of system testing including integration, load, performance, regression, GUI, and functionality. The role involves working closely with the software development team in CareWorks.

The successful candidate will work with development team members to incorporate ideas from solution requirements into testing strategies and plans, thus ensuring that new or modified software applications meet both business and technical requirements.

The position will be on a Scrum Team and as such the individual will be relied upon as a test resource on the Scrum team. Applicants must be willing to learn new technologies and further their qualifications in the context of their role.

Skills/Experience required

> 3+ years experience in test automation / software development
> 3 years minimum experience using test automation tools
> Experience with Visual Studio .NET developer (C#, VB, JavaScript)
> Computer Science Degree is mandatory
> Test methodologies and techniques
> Experience constructing automated test plans for web-based applications
> Strong verbal and written communication skills that non-technical end users can understand
