| CareWorks RAISE upgrades to version 3 | |

CareWorks Ltd, a leading provider of social work outcomes management software has announced the launch of the latest version of their flagship product, CareWorks RAISE. Version 3 of RAISE is available to both new and existing customers, and brings with it substantial usability enhancements designed to improve the quality and availability of information as well as new social work modules to support the specialist work of Education, Mental Health and Home Care. CareWorks RAISE is a comprehensive management information system designed to enhance social work practice and capture all the information needed to measure and improve the quality and effectiveness of social work services delivery. CareWorks Technical Director, Pat Mulhern, commented: “We have enhanced the navigation and look and feel of the application and developed new multi-agency adaptors to share and integrate data with a greater range of social services and education client indexes. The RAISE Integrated Children’s System module is fully compliant with the “Must Have” and “Should Have” DCSF requirements for phase 1 and 1B compliance and is available to existing customers.” Bury Metropolitan Borough Council, Reading Borough Council, Rutland County Council and Borough of Poole have already successfully implemented the new version. RAISE version 3 also enables our Youth Offending Services customers to implement the Connectivity and Youth Justice Management Information projects designed by the Youth Justice Board.
