In Control is a social enterprise set up in 2003 to help transform the current system of social care into one of Self-Directed Support, enabling people to get control over their own support – and their lives – and become full citizens. CareWorks and In Control have a partnership agreement to design IT solutions that respect best practice in Self-Directed Support and work according to a national specification agreed with In Control and its members.

Shop4Support is a website set up by In Control where social care service users can look for the support they want. It helps people with Personal Budgets to plan and manage their support. CareWorks is a member of the Shop4Support partner programme. The agreement means that CareWorks will incorporate the Shop4Support online marketplace in its social care platform, CareDirector, allowing our customers to seamlessly provide a wider range of services in the area of Self-Directed Support.

FACE Recording & Measurement Systems designs care assessment tools to support both the tracking of individual progress and monitoring of the outcomes and quality of care. The FACE approach is a result of a unique collaboration involving health and social care practitioners and leading edge software developers. The approach has been developed over a fifteen-year period. CareWorks can deliver the entire set of FACE assessment tools fully integrated with CareDirector.

Using ZAP’s analytics solution, CareDirector gives social care providers the ability to manage their business in real time. Care workers can turn data into actionable insight and Managers will benefit from the delivery of advanced analytics in the form of dashboards, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and scorecards.

CWR Mobility provides mobile solutions for Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The company has over 14 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft mobile technology. CareWorks has integrated CWR Mobility’s technology into CareDirector so care professionals can access and record the information they need while on the move.
