CareWorks Community Care SCHEMES was developed for the administration of Community SCHEMES in Ireland and support a client centred approach to service delivery in the Health Service Executive (HSE). CareWorks Community Care Schemes is already implemented at the majority of HSE areas in Ireland. The system has evolved to reflect the requirements of users throughout the PCCC sector of the Irish Health Services and was developed in close consultation with HSE area customers. Over 2.75 million people are currently registered on the CareWorks SCHEMES databases and there are over 950 users of the modules throughout the Health services.
