Michael Dolan
Michael is our Managing Director and one of the founding board members of CareWorks. Michael has over 20 years’ experience in the area of community health and social services and has seen CareWorks successfully deliver solutions to customers around the world since 1996.
Pat Mulhern
Pat is one of the founding board members of CareWorks and brings over 20 years of experience in the technical side of health and social care solutions. Pat manages all the CareWorks technical teams and deals first hand with our customers to ensure they receive the technical delivery and service they deserve.
Paul Boland
Paul has been with CareWorks since 2007. Paul has over 12 years experience delivering a variety of successful IT projects that make a real difference to people’s lives. He is particularly interested in how health & social care service delivery can be improved using IT.
Andrew Jago
Andy joined CareWorks in 2015 after previously working for the NHS as a Mental Health Nurse, senior manager and clinical lead for health services across Mental health and Acute Hospital settings. Andy has over 28 years experience working within the NHS and joining CareWorks has enabled him to link in with a team that is committed to provide solutions that can develop and grow over time and be involved in the development of our health product.
Lisa Millman
Lisa is a qualified Social Worker with broad experience in Adult Social Care particularly in Hospital Social Work. Prior to qualifying, Lisa worked in various senior support roles including within acute hospital wards, domiciliary care and a mental health rehabilitation unit. Her previous experience has enabled a comprehensive view of the Health and Social Care economy.
David Townson
David is an experienced business consultant with more than 15 years of experience working with Health & Social Care customers to implement and optimise their systems. In recent years David has focused on mobile working solutions to enable seamless working in the community. Previously David worked as a trainer, teaching programming and systems configuration as well as end user training.
Mark O’Rorke
Mark joined CareWorks in Jan 2013, first starting in our Support Team he is now Service Delivery Manager. He has a breadth of experience in Support, Project Delivery and Managed Services. He is a keen Liverpool FC fan (“They will win the Premier League eventually”) and Leinster Rugby Fan. Mark lives and works in Dublin.
Ibon San Vicente
Ibon joined CareWorks in 2012 in the UK team before moving to the mobile team in 2015. Ibon has more than 15 years of experience in development.
Mark Moore
Mark joined CareWorks in 2017 having spent 17 years working in the Public Sector. His experience centres around the provision and implementation of case management solutions and helping customers take advantage of the technologies available today. Mark has strong IT skills and is able to understand our customers challenges from both a technical and business perspective.
Steve Findon
Steve has worked for CareWorks since September 2002. He has 19 years of experience as a Finance Consultant implementing Social Care/Finance systems and 16 years of experience working in 5 separate Local Authorities: LB Merton, LB Hammersmith & Fulham; LB Bromley, East Sussex CC, Brighton and Hove City Council. Steve is a qualified Chartered Secretary, just turned 55 and has 4 children.
Tony Fitzpatrick
Tony has been a Programme Manager with Careworks since August 2015 and is primary focused on the national delivery of CareDirector as the Welsh Community Care Information System, a programme working towards integrating health and social care data across 7 Health Boards and 22 Local Councils. Since beginning to work in the Healthcare IT in 1990, Tony has spent fifteen years in the NHS and has since been working in the private sector supporting NHS Trusts in England and Northern Ireland as well as the Health Service Executive in the Republic of Ireland.
